Product & Design

Where does the inspiration for your designs come from?

Answer: Our designs are a tribute to the diverse countries represented by our multicultural team. They are crafted to bring comfort, heritage, and a deep sense of peace into your space, cultivating wellness and vibrant self-expression through culturally inspired design.

How should I care for my product?

Answer: Each unique item in our collection has specific care instructions to ensure its longevity and vibrant look. Please refer to the "Details & Care" section located on the product page for your specific item before washing or cleaning.

How do I personalize an item with a name or message?

Answer: For products that offer customization, you will find a designated text box on the item's product page. Simply use this space to accurately enter the name, message, or information you wish to have added to your product before adding it to your cart.

What if I entered the wrong name or forgot what I put for a customized product?

Answer: Since many of our orders enter production very quickly, it is crucial that you ensure the customization information is correct when you submit your order. We do not send a separate confirmation email for the custom text. If you notice an error or have forgotten what you entered, please email us at afrocomfort@afrocomfortshop.com within 24 hours of your purchase. We will inform you of the information we have on file. After the item is processed for production, we are unable to stop or change the customization.

Ordering & Fulfillment

How is inventory managed?

Answer: All of our unique items are crafted to order. While we update our inventory daily, if you happen to purchase an item that has just gone out of stock, we will quickly reach out. At that point, you may select a suitable alternative product, or we will promptly issue a refund.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Answer: As every item is created just for you, we process all orders and prepare them for production within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. For quick and efficient delivery, we ship your package from one of our USA-based production centers.

Why does my item take longer to ship after processing?

Answer: There is a difference between processing (the 1-3 days it takes to finalize your order and send it to our production center) and production (the time it takes our centers to manufacture your item). Once production is complete, we ship it out immediately. This made-to-order process ensures you receive a high-quality, unique item.

Will my order ship in one package?

Answer: To ensure your items are created and delivered as quickly and effectively as possible, your order may arrive in separate shipments. This is because we partner with multiple production centers across the US, each specializing in different parts of our inventory.

What are your delivery options?

Answer: Afro Comfort Shop currently ships exclusively within the United States. Orders are dispatched via standard delivery, and a tracking number is provided for every shipment. If you require expedited delivery, please reach out to us before finalizing your order.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Answer: No, at this point in time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

How can I monitor the status of my order?

Answer: We will send you a shipment confirmation email the moment your order is dispatched, including a tracking number. Additionally, if you tracked your order using the Shop App when submitting your purchase, you can follow all shipping updates directly through the app.

I forgot to use my discount code on my order. Can it be applied now?

Digital Gift Cards

How do your Digital Gift Cards work?

Answer: Digital Gift Cards are delivered instantly via email and carry no shipping fees or delays. The recipient receives a unique code that they can enter at checkout to apply the card's value to their purchase. Please note: Gift Card purchases do not count toward the $120 threshold required for free shipping on physical goods.
