Processing and Production Timeline
All our items are custom-made upon order. Your total fulfillment time involves two stages: Processing and Production.

Peak Periods: During major holidays (including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Back to school, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Eid, Easter, and Yom Kippur), the production time may increase. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these busy times.
Important Shipping Notes
Geographic Restrictions: We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We cannot ship to international locations.
Split Shipments: To ensure your items are created and delivered as quickly and effectively as possible, your order may arrive in separate shipments. This occurs because we partner with multiple production centers across the U.S., each handling different parts of our inventory. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order completes production and ships.
Digital Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered electronically via email and do not require shipping.
- No Shipping Fees: Gift cards are delivered instantly.
- Free Shipping Threshold: Gift card purchases do not contribute toward the $120 free shipping threshold for physical goods.
